How do I learn Taoist Tai Chi ® internal arts and methods?
Normally when you first start learning Taoist Tai Chi ® internal arts and methods, you will join a Beginner Class. It takes about three to four months to learn the set of movements, and the beginner class format is quite simple. The instructor will demonstrate a move several times, then perform it with the class, and finally watch the students as they repeat it. Once you have learned the 108 movements of Taoist Tai Chi ® taijiquan, you will move to a Continuing Class, where you will continue to explore the many benefits of this art. Other types of classes we offer include Seniors Classes and Health Recovery Classes for people with special health needs. Visitors are welcome to observe our classes. If you would like to watch a class and have a cup of tea, feel free to drop in and introduce yourself to the instructor.
